🔒 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Vol’s Treasure, we want you to love your gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Unworn or unused.

💔 Damaged or Defective Items (The "Hassle-Free" Policy)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@volstreasure.com.
Important: In most cases of damaged goods, you do not need to return the item. Simply send us a photo or video of the issue, and we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund right away.

📦 Change of Mind Returns

If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, we accept returns. However, please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@volstreasure.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

💸 Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

❌ Non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
